Email us and a person will read it.
Email daniel@manolo.com.au. Include the address you sign in with, a short description of what happened, and the outcome you want. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, the app shows that address under Settings → Sign-in & privacy.
Passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens or scans of identity documents. We never need them.
We don’t answer around the clock, and support is not an emergency service.
We record your complaint, look into it, and tell you the outcome and the next step. If you disagree, ask for it to be reviewed. A privacy complaint can also be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Your rights under Australian law are not affected.
